Those who claim that indulgence and exercise cannot be reconciled have clearly never been to the Grand Ferdinand. The gym and the rooftop pool with views over Vienna invite in equal measure – at times to activity, at times to complete tranquility. The choice, as with so much here, is yours.

The rooftop pool on the 8th floor is one of those places you will not forget. With a size of 6.5 × 2.5 m, a constant water temperature of 23 °C, and framed by historic architecture, it invites you all year round — to pause and to enjoy. Whether after a long day in the city or simply because: relaxation and panorama blend into rare perfection. Bathrobe, towel and slippers are, of course, provided upon request.
