From early morning until late evening, the Grand Ferdinand keeps a table ready for every appetite and every hour.
On the 8th floor of the Grand Ferdinand, the south is closer than one might think. The Limón offers Mediterranean atmosphere and a menu to match: Bouillabaisse Marseillaise, Linguine Tartufate, Cotoletta Milanese. With the view over Vienna as the grande finale.
Whether you come for breakfast or a fortifying bite before or after an evening at the theatre, the Gulasch & Söhne is the right place. The menu shows what Vienna has always valued: breakfast tradition, the cooking of the Habsburg monarchy and pastries that invite the kind of indulgence Vienna is rather known for. A glass of champagne or a small beer alongside goes without saying.
High above the Ringstraße, on the 8th floor, the Grand Étage opens for breakfast daily from 7am. Those who have stayed up late after the opera, the theatre or a concert will find breakfast, coffee and everything a good morning deserves at the Gulasch & Söhne on the ground floor until noon.

The name stands for everything that defines great Viennese cooking – above all, the genuine Wiener Schnitzel. Veal only, freshly prepared in the open kitchen.
