Start the New Year's Eve Menu with a Champagne reception and extraordinary food. Egg confit with caviar, lobster foam bisque with crayfish, filet tranche of highland cattle or monkfish grant a culinary firework. Breathtaking views over the city and the traditional pig's head meal at midnight (which should bring luck) round up the experience. A live-DJ caters for the right atmosphere.

We recommend the Small Menu with accompanying wines for all concert visitors or for those who like to dine early. If you would like to celebrate the evening extensively the big Gala Menu is the right choice. It starts at 8.30 pm with a glass of Chamgagne, followed by beef tartare, Viennese "Olio soup", Beef Wellington and a dessert and cheese. Enjoy a fabulous time.
